MAKING A CLAIM

In the event of a claim or accident that may give rise to a claim, please contact J.F.Dunne Insurances and speak to a member of our team who will be able to assist and advise on the necessary steps to take to ensure the claim is processed as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

During office hours, please telephone us on 045 87500 and you will be put through to one of our experienced team members who will take the accident detail from you and assist in the claims process.

Out of office hours please email us on insure@jfd.ie with full details of the incident and any photographs that you may have along with information of those involved, if any.  Contact numbers are provided for the relevant insurers below alongside their web addresses, which contain further information about submitting a claim.

 

PSV WINDSCREEN CLAIMS

REPLACEMENT or REPAIR:

Take a photo of damaged window, showing vehicle registration in the same picture

Please take a close up of damage in addition if not visible in first photo with some feature that allows us to still identify the vehicle, and email the photos to insure@jfd.ie with your name, policy number and date of breakage.

All notifications must be made within one month of damage occurring.
An authorisation will be emailed back to you at which point repairs/replacement can occur.

Once repair/replacement complete, send on the invoice, with authorisation code noted, and photo of repaired window showing vehicle registration in the same picture.
Please include the client name, policy number and authorisation code on the invoice.
All invoices must be submitted within one month of repair / replacement.
