Job Details
J.F.Dunne Insurances are looking for someone to join their team dealing with our clients on a daily basis, on the phone, in person and online. Your role will include maintaining and updating policies, responding to insurance queries, handling renewals, advising clients on insurance requirements, assisting and dealing with claims on behalf of the client and providing quotations as required across a wide spectrum of insurance products.

Our business includes a public service vehicle programme - the first group motor scheme developed in Ireland - and in December 2020 we celebrated the 40th anniversary of our PSV product. This was a major milestone in the market, and for us, as it also marked 40 years with our PSV underwriter. It is a unique partnership in terms of the longevity of our relationship and partnership with our clients, and our underwriter.

The Ideal Candidate
You must have the Accredited Product Advisor (APA) qualification or grandfathered status as a minimum, experience dealing with clients on a one to one basis in helping and advising with their insurance requirements. You will be required to handle all aspects of the client broker relationship and to foster those relations through customer service, administration of policies and personal contact with the client.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries and requests efficiently and politely
Ensure that client files are maintained and kept up to date with transactions and queries made.
Dealing with queries relating to potential or current claims.
Effective and polite communication.
Be fully conversant with all J.F.Dunne Insurance products and be aware of relevant existing and new products and activities in the Insurance market
Promote the company and its products when dealing with clients, and potential clients.
