The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation County Champion

The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation was set up in 1997 by Jonathan Irwin and his wife Mary Ann O’Brien, in memory of their son Jack who suffered a brain trauma shortly after birth that left him developmentally delayed.

Jack’s care plan at this time was the blueprint for their unique model of child and family centred care that operates so successfully all over Ireland providing care and support for vulnerable families through their team of speciallised paediatic nurses, operating 7 days a week.
